Return Policy:

• Should it be necessary to return or exchange the product, please contact us at info@theplankhelpr.com to obtain your return authorization number within 30 days after the order has been received. Our 30-day money back guarantee entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price, not including shipping and handling charges. L5,LLC is not responsible for the cost incurred by the customer to return the product. Please obtain a tracking number and ensure the product has been safely returned back to us. Pending product return review, your refund will be issued. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for returns that are damaged or lost in shipping.

• To assure the authenticity of any L5 product, please make your purchases through a L5 Authorized Dealer. If you are unsure, please contact our Customer Care Team. Purchasing through a L5 Authorized Dealer ensures that:

• You will be buying the original.

• The product will carry our 1 year limited manufacturer’s warranty.

• You will have a 30 day guarantee to return the product for refund of the purchase price of the item, less shipping and handling charges.

• If you purchase through an unauthorized dealer, you cannot be certain that any of the above guarantees will apply.
